EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges and returns are not accepted on personalized items unless a mistake was made by us.
Returns are accepted on non-personalized items; however, the customer is responsible for the return cost. It is important that you read and understand the description and sizing of all items before checking out.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
RETURN TIME
We have a 14-day return policy on non-personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
As soon as we are in receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund in the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The notification will provide the tracking number
